Experience-Based Retail Sells

images.jpgTest-drive a car and they hope you’re hooked…sample ice cream flavors and you buy a sundae. Experience-based retail is the key to sweet & charming’s long term goals and success, but everyone doubted I could create an experience at a kiosk.  I thought it could be possible and within the boundaries and extreme limits of what we could create, we did it. The Sugar Plum Fairy came, she was delightful, children were joyous, Grandmas were touched…I won’t spell out our secrets but, experience-based retail sells, just ask Build-A-Bear. What can you do to create “an experience” with your business?
